First, let us thank you for getting involved in ROAD fundraising initiatives! The following is a short list of campaign ideas and suggestions although ROAD welcomes any other initiatives.
As a student, you have energy, drive and motivation to make a difference and raise awareness!
Spread the word with your teachers, friends and fellow classmates and consider a fundraising activity such as:
- a walkathon or marathon
- paid school dress down days (for students in uniform)
- draws for movie tickets, gift cards, swag bags, sports memorabilia or even school gear
- Coffee House
- Talent Night
ROAD also welcomes initiatives from private or corporate donors. Ideas include:
- a donation to ROAD in lieu of Christmas and/or Birthday gifts
- an employee donation for the privilege to wear casual clothing on specific business days
- matching contributions
